Would you like to visit one of the most beautiful estates in the Moscow area? ESN suggests joining us this Sunday, September 10, on our tour to Arkhangelskoye palace, where you can enjoy a walk through a terraced park with a splendid collection of fine arts masterpieces!
This marvelous estate is a great example of Russian 18th-19th-century architecture. The whole ensemble consists of the church of Michael Archangel built on the Moscow river bank, the palace with beautiful parks, a theatre built in 1817-1818 by the Italian architect and painter Gonzago, a small palace "Caprice" and pavilion "Tchainy Domic" ("Small Tea House"). This place is a must-see for all of you who would like to experience the depth of the Russian soul!
The ticket price is 800 RUB; it includes entrance to the palace and a guided tour. Please, bring some cash (around 100-150 RUB for the round bus ticket).
If you want to join, you should register here https://goo.gl/pwxxS5 . Again, we have a limited number of places – only 20 people BUT still register because we are thinking about making the second trip!
On Sunday we are meeting in the center of Tushinskaya metro station at 11:45 a.m.
Let's enjoy the beauty of autumn Moscow countryside together!
- Everyone is invited.
